What is a Follow Up?
Amy and Andrew will send your guests a follow up email to confirm the time if they remain unresponsive.
Default Settings for Follow Ups
By default, Amy and Andrew’s follow up frequency to your guests will be based on end of availability given. If the end of availability is more than 30 days out, the follow ups will go out at 4 day intervals. If the end of availability is less than 30 days out, the follow ups will go out at 2 day intervals. We will send a maximum of 2 follow up emails based on our default rules.
For example, if you ask Amy on November 25 to schedule a meeting in December, we will send the follow up emails at 4 day intervals, since the end of availability for this meeting is December 31.
