After you confirm the details of your meeting, the Scheduling AI will reach out to your guests with times that work with your availability.

Meetings with One Guest

Your guest can easily click the time that works best for them directly in the email or select "Choose a different time" to see other options.

If your guest selects "Choose a different time" they will be directed to this page where they can find another date and time that works for them.

Meetings with Multiple Guests

To schedule a meeting with multiple guests, simply CC all of your guests in your email to Include the specific parameters you’d like, and Scheduler will reach out to your guests to find everyone’s overlapping availability. Note: You can also initiate the meeting from the Meeting Creator.

Each participant will receive an email that asks them to select multiple time options that work for them. They can also mark themselves as optional, be removed from the meeting if they aren't needed, or select times on behalf of other guests in the meeting.

On this calendar view, your guest can check off multiple times they are available to meet. The first guest to select times will see the view below.

Once one guest has selected times, all subsequent guests in the meeting will see a different view that will show the list of times that have already been selected. This is to help narrow things down so that we can find an overlapping time. 

If there are overlapping options between all of the guests, we'll choose one and book the meeting automatically. If there are no overlapping options, we'll let you know so you can try again.

Meetings with other Users

If your guest(s) is already a member of the scheduling network, meetings can be scheduled instantly because Amy can immediately compare your availability and preferences to find a time that works for everyone.

You can always see Scheduler's interactions with your guests

You can always see a transcript of the Scheduling AI's conversations with your guests for each individual meeting.

First, log in to  and click on the Meetings tab to view your Meeting History page.

When you click into one of your meetings, you’ll see a detailed view of the meeting.

You can see all of Amy’s interactions when you click on the folder “Actions taken by [guest]”. When you click on that it will expand to show all interactions Amy has had with your guests, both emails and actions your guest has taken on our site related to the meeting.
