Copy Your Calendar Page Link
You can either add your Calendar Home Page link or unique Calendar Page links to your email signature. To find your Calendar Home Page, go to your Calendar Page preferences, and copy your URL:
To find your unique Calendar Pages, called Meeting Templates, go to your Meeting Templates preferences and click the “Copy” icon next to the Meeting Template you want to include in your signature:
After you have copied the signature link for your Calendar Page homepage or a unique Meeting Template, log into your Gmail and click the settings icon (gear) in the upper right (you can also click here). Scroll down to where it says, "Signature" and add your link there. Make sure to click the “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the screen.

Outlook / Office365
After you have copied the signature link for your Calendar Page homepage or a unique Meeting Template, go to the settings in Outlook.com in the upper left. Go to View all Outlook settings > Mail > Compose and reply. In the Email signature field, paste your copied link (you can also click here). Make sure to click “Save” when you’re finished.
