Google Apps For Business
The x.ai app requests OAuth access requiring the following scopes:

calendar.events

Additional scopes for Amy on Your Domain
Note that should you want to add our AI scheduling agents to your company's domain, you will need to enable additional scopes for those accounts in order for the x.ai platform to be able to send mail as those users:

gmail.send
These scopes do not need to be enabled for your entire organization, only for the email users that will be used as the x.ai scheduling agents.
