What is Fireflies.ai?
Fireflies.ai is an AI Voice Assistant for meetings that lets you record, transcribe, and search across your conversations across any web-conferencing platform.
How do I set it up within x.ai?
After you set up your free Fireflies account, you can select Fireflies.ai as your preferred service on my.x.ai/record-transcribe.
Once you've selected that, you can decide which types of meetings you'd like email@example.com automatically added to. You can turn it on for any of your Meeting Templates, add it to your Scheduling Defaults, or selectively add firstname.lastname@example.org to any of your meetings.
To add it to a meeting template, go to my.x.ai/calendarpage/templates to edit an existing template or create a new one. Under the Record & Transcribe section, you can turn the toggle on and hit save.
You can also selectively add Fireflies to meetings you schedule over email, as well as on the x.ai Meeting Creator, by simply cc-ing in email@example.com on the email thread or adding firstname.lastname@example.org as a guest on the Meeting Creator.
Fireflies will join as a participant at the start and capture/transcribe your meeting, and you'll be able to search, share, analyze, and review the key insights from meetings with customers, prospects, and teammates within the Fireflies.ai dashboard.
